tk444 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Member

By accessing, browsing, or using the tk444 Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including visitors who do not hold a registered account and all registered Members who actively use the gaming and betting services.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other document or communication, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by tk444.

Your continued use of the tk444 Platform following any update or amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Access to and use of the tk444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk444 does not permit individuals under 21 to register, access, or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-human legal persons are not eligible to register as Members.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by tk444 for a breach of these Terms.

tk444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm your eligibility. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access the full range of tk444 services, you must create a registered account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. tk444 is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate registration information.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tk444 Login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify tk444 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• tk444 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

tk444 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the tk444 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at tk444's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request. tk444 does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which tk444 accepts no responsibility.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests on verified accounts are typically processed within a few business hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• tk444 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify a withdrawal request before processing, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Funds deposited into your tk444 account are held in a segregated manner and are not used for operational expenses.

tk444 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that promotion. General bonus conditions that apply across all tk444 promotions unless otherwise stated include the following:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. tk444 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer if it detects abuse of this rule.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Where a withdrawal request is made before wagering requirements are complete, tk444 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings generated from the bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
• tk444 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or colluding with other players, will be voided and the associated accounts closed.

All bets placed on the tk444 Platform are subject to the specific game rules and betting rules applicable to the relevant product, whether sports betting (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets), live casino games, slots, jackpot games, or any other product category available on the Platform.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on tk444:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tk444 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system, except in cases where a manifest technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a game or bet, tk444 will endeavour to restore the session to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• tk444 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including where incorrect odds were offered due to a pricing error, or where a game result was influenced by circumstances outside the normal rules of the sport or game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• All casino games on tk444 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes on every game round.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk444 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation:

• Fraudulent conduct: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or misrepresenting your identity or eligibility in any way.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine play.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker-style games.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform's systems, databases, or security measures by any technical means.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform.

All content on the tk444 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials, is the proprietary property of tk444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written authorisation from tk444.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the tk444 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies association, endorsement, or partnership without express written permission.

Any unauthorised use of tk444's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own wagering decisions.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or delays beyond tk444's reasonable control, including but not limited to failures of internet infrastructure, third-party payment processors, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or market information resulting from third-party data feed errors, where such errors are rectified promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits tk444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

tk444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Clause 7.
• A Member's own request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, any balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements, provided no breach of these Terms is under investigation. Where an investigation is ongoing, funds may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.

Members may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and the remaining account balance disbursed accordingly.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tk444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.
